About

The Counselor in Training Program introduces participants to the expectations and responsibilities of assisting in camps. Each Monday during camp season, participants meet with camp directors at 8am. Before summer starts, they are required to meet with staff and attend trainings, and once all Counselor in Training information is collected, staff meet with the participants to ensure they are prepared to assist in the camps.
