Oakstrong Martial Arts offers karate, weapons, and self-defense classes, along with basic karate and self-defense and open gym or office hours. It also offers self-defense workshops and private instruction for teens and adults, with beginners welcome in several classes.
Programs
- Karate, Weapons & Self-Defense — teens and adults; beginners welcome · Saturdays 10:00-11:30 am · $15 per class · A unique class for all skill levels taught in a highly controlled, super-safe environment.
- Soft-Style Karate for Seniors — seniors; active adults · Tuesdays 4:00-5:15 pm · $15 per class · A low impact approach through soft-style karate with far-reaching fitness benefits.
- Basic Karate & Self-Defense — teens and adults; beginners welcome · Tuesdays 5:30-7:00 pm · $15 per class · For those wishing to learn core karate skills, self-defense strategies / techniques, and qigong exercises.
- Open Gym / Office Hours — potential students; beginners welcome · Thursdays 5:30-7:00 pm · $15 per class · Held outdoors. Work with the instructor on skills you want to refine.
- Self-Defense Workshops — women, teens, community workers, or any small group · Open to individuals or customized to the specific needs of your team and the situations they face.

About the provider
Oakstrong Martial Arts has been serving the community since 2015 and has offered classes in Felton since 2015. The program is led by Instructor Neville Loberg and describes itself as a community of practitioners focused on personal excellence, self-defense, and getting a great workout.
- Private Instruction — teens and adults · Private lessons are available to fine-tune skills, work on specific areas of study, or prepare for promotions testing.
Classes are on-going and students can enroll at any time. Payment cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire in 60 days. Pricing subject to change without notice.
