Santa Cruz Martial Arts Academy

Santa Cruz Martial Arts Academy offers Fundamentals of Martial Arts, Kid Tigers, Olympic/traditional Taekwondo, hapkido and judo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and striking classes. The program includes Brazilian Jiu-jitsu for mini rollers, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu for kids, and adult and teen classes in Olympic/traditional Taekwondo, hapkido and judo.

Programs

• Fundamentals of Martial Arts — Ages 3-5 · Designed to be dynamic and hyper-focused to improve inner strength and confidence. Learning happens at your own pace in a friendly and fun atmosphere.
• Kid Tigers — Ages 6-9 · Helps improve form and master the art of self defense from a deeper, more disciplined perspective.
• Olympic/traditional Taekwondo, hapkido and judo — Ages 10-13 · Designed to be dynamic and hyper-focused to improve form, inner strength and confidence. Three martial arts disciplines combined for a fun and rewarding class.
• Adults/teens Olympic/traditional Taekwondo, hapkido and Judo — Helps improve form and master the art of self defense from a deeper, more disciplined perspective.
• Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (adults/teens) — Designed to build physical and mental confidence.
• Brazilian jiu-jitsu (mini rollers) — Designed to be dynamic and hyper-focused to improve form, inner strength and confidence. Learning happens at your own pace in a friendly and fun atmosphere.
• Brazilian Jiu-jitsu kids — Ages 8-10 · Helps improve form and master the art of self defense from a deeper, more disciplined perspective.
• Striking (kickboxing,boxing, judo) — teens and adults only · All stand up striking class in fun and rewarding environment.
