Cynthia's Dance Center offers dance classes and beauty pageants for children and teens. The program is a recreational dance school with beginner friendly programs, small class sizes, and kids’ dance classes from toddlers to teens. Families can also access a free trial to experience the classes.

Cynthia's Dance Center has been family owned and operated since 1978 and was established by Cynthia Hall. Cynthia Hall is the Owner and Director of Cynthia's Dance Center and has held this role since 1978. Cynthia is a Master Teacher and Choreographer and has served as a judge and Mistress of Ceremonies for regional and national dance competitions across the United States. The school offers two dance performances annually and also hosts beauty pageants.
The mission of Cynthia's Dance Center states that the program does not just teach dance but offers life changing experiences, with a focus on the love of dance and instructing classes one step at a time, describing dance as more than movement and as a place where a child learns to listen, express, persevere, and shine.
Cynthia attends local events with Miss Folsom, Miss Sacramento, and Miss Roseville Queens. The related pageant is held yearly with contestants ranging in age from newborns to career women, and they attend community events in Folsom and surrounding areas.
The I Love Dance Competition held every year in Sacramento awarded Cynthia the Teacher of the Year Trophy in 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, and 1990. Kid's Artistic Revue, a national dance competition company, named the school The Top Dance Studio of the Year in 1989.
