Action Park Alliance Skate Camps and Lessons

Action Park Alliance Camps and Lessons offers skateboarding through lessons, clinics, after-school programs, skate camps, and skateboarding events. The program includes professional one-on-one coaching for all skill levels, as well as contests, community events, wheelchair motocross (WCMX), and adaptive skateboarding. It runs 32 weeks of skate camp each year and provides year-round skate camps from summer to winter sessions.

Supervisory personnel are trained in park policies and procedures as well as First Aid, CPR, and health and safety standards. Certified instructors focus on safety, progression, and fun. Action Park Alliance operates four public skateparks across the country and each year hosts over 50 contests, teaches 1,500 hours of lessons, and conducts 32 weeks of skate camp. Its mission states that, through structured programs and mentorship, it helps young people build confidence, discipline, and lifelong skills, with youth initiatives that focus on inclusion, safety, and positive community engagement. Action Park Alliance is the first and only skatepark management company in the USA that partners with municipalities to create unique public-private partnerships, and it is the only full service skatepark management company in the USA. Since 2014, it has led the movement for adaptive and inclusive skatepark programming and founded the World WCMX Championship. It helps cities and communities turn their skateparks into youth development centers and produces skateboarding events that bring together skaters, families, and communities to celebrate the culture.
