Foster City AYSO Youth Soccer Programs is part of AYSO’s Section 2, Area N, Region 62 (2N62). UK International Soccer provides camps for AYSO Foster City during the San Mateo-Foster City School District's scheduled breaks. The AYSO UK Summer Camp sessions in 2026 are scheduled as Camp 1 on June 15, Camp 2 on June 22, Camp 3 on June 29, Camp 4 on July 6, and Camp 5 on July 13. The 2026 summer season includes Week 1 starting June 20, Week 2 starting June 27, Week 3 starting July 4, and Week 4 starting July 11, with the Summer Adult Season also beginning June 20, 2026.

The program’s stated vision is to provide world class youth soccer programs that enrich children’s lives. Its mission is to develop and deliver quality youth soccer programs which promote a fun, family environment based on AYSO’s Six Philosophies. These Six Philosophies are Everyone Plays, Balanced Teams, Open Registration, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship, and Player Development. Under the Everyone Plays philosophy, every player on every team must play at least 50 percent of every game. Under Open Registration, the program is open to all children who want to register and play soccer, with interest and enthusiasm as the only criteria, and there are no eliminations or try-outs, and nobody gets cut.

AYSO is a non-profit organization that provides youth soccer programs for participants across the United States, the US Virgin Islands, and Trinidad and Tobago, and consists of over 50,000 teams and 500,000 players nationwide. AYSO is a 100% volunteer organization, and youth ages 12–17 and adults can volunteer as referees. For general inquiries, families can email the Regional Commissioner, and for registration questions or information, they can email the Registrar.

AYSO’s community involvement includes partnerships such as AYSO partnering with BEEUP Snacks as the Official Fruit Snack Partner for the 2025–2026 season, a Chicago Public Schools partnership to enhance youth sports programming, and an AYSO and Northland Sports Alliance partnership expanding soccer programming in Kansas City. AYSO supports U.S. Soccer to improve SafeSport and partners with the US Center for Mental Health & Sport with a focus on player and volunteer wellness. The Foster City Lions Club is listed as a league sponsor. Michael Karon, President of AYSO, received the Stack Leadership Award from Stack Sports for his impact in the world of sports volunteering.
