Foster City AYSO Youth Soccer Programs offers youth soccer programs that include Fall Soccer, Spring Soccer, and Competitive soccer. The program also connects with special events and camps such as World Cup Soccer Camp and AYSO UK Soccer Spring Camp, and it includes opportunities to volunteer as a referee for youth ages 12–17 and adults. In addition to youth programs, it also runs an Adult League and a Spring Adult League.

Foster City AYSO Youth Soccer Programs is part of AYSO’s Section 2, Area N, Region 62 (2N62). AYSO is a non-profit organization that provides youth soccer programs for participants across the United States, the US Virgin Islands, and Trinidad and Tobago, and consists of over 50,000 teams and 500,000 players nationwide. AYSO is a 100% volunteer organization, and youth ages 12–17 and adults can volunteer as referees. The program follows AYSO’s Six Philosophies: Everyone Plays, Balanced Teams, Open Registration, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship, and Player Development. Its stated vision is to provide world class youth soccer programs that enrich children’s lives, and its mission is to develop and deliver quality youth soccer programs which promote a fun, family environment based on these Six Philosophies.
Michael Karon serves as President of AYSO and has received the Stack Leadership Award from Stack Sports for his impact in the world of sports volunteering. Community connections noted by AYSO include a partnership with BEEUP Snacks as the Official Fruit Snack Partner for the 2025–2026 season, a Chicago Public Schools partnership to enhance youth sports programming, a partnership with the US Center for Mental Health & Sport focused on player and volunteer wellness, and a partnership with Northland Sports Alliance expanding soccer programming in Kansas City. The program also acknowledges support from league sponsors such as the Foster City Lions Club.
