Peak Performance Martial Arts offers kids martial arts classes, preschool martial arts classes, karate classes, and self-defense classes. The program also hosts birthday parties and runs a summer camp. Families are asked to have children wear comfortable clothes suitable for sports and bring a water bottle to martial arts classes.

Peak Performance Martial Arts has experienced instructors. The leadership team includes Herb Perez, who is a 1992 Olympic gold medalist in Taekwondo, a six-time U.S. National Team Captain, a three-time winner of the Pan American Championship, and a member of the Taekwondo Hall of Fame and Black Belt Magazine Hall of Fame. He has served as Director of International Projects for the Olympic Council of Asia, Chairman of the Education Committee for the World Taekwondo Federation, and was the 1992 United States Olympic Committee Taekwondo Athlete of the Year.

Peak Performance Martial Arts has been serving Foster City since 2006. Its mission statement says the program is dedicated to changing lives through martial arts, education, and coaching, and that it focuses on a safe, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere for students and family members in Foster City and Mountain View.
