The program focuses on building life skills such as focus, respect, confidence, discipline, goal setting, and drive, and uses martial arts as a tool to help kids become leaders. The school asks families to make sure children wear comfortable clothes they can do sports in and bring a water bottle to martial arts classes.
Peak Performance Martial Arts describes its mission as being dedicated to changing the lives of people one person at a time through martial arts, education, and coaching.
