About
Kids Summer Art Camp includes hand-built ceramics, acrylic painting, watercolor painting, drawing, ceramics, acrylic on canvas, landscape painting on location, watercolor, pastel, and crafts. All materials are included for camp sessions, and students take home their artistic creations at the end of each day.

• Schedule: 5 day (9:00am – 3:30pm) summer art camp
• Price: Full Day Summer Camp $650.00
Kids Summer Art Camp is an outdoor summer art camp for kids 7–12 years old, with small camp size and no more than 8 students per session. One day of the camp includes a walk to a nearby lagoon to draw and paint on location, where campers are seated under the shade of a willow tree and have lunch on the grass. Students are asked to bring their own lunch, water, and snacks, and a refrigerator and microwave are available. The camp’s cancellation policy includes free transfer to another available week of camp.
The camp is led by Founder and Art Instructor Inna Polnar and Instructor Alexandra Munoz. Inna Polnar was born in the former Soviet Union, graduated with a BFA from the Moscow Art University in Moscow, Russia, and studied under American colorist Ovanes Berbarian in the United States. Alexandra Munoz recently earned her Master’s degree from UCLA. Kids Summer Art Camp is part of Art Academia, which was founded in 2004.
Since 2003, the stated goal has been to help students appreciate beauty and create art from the world that surrounds them. The program’s classical methods of education provide key skills in drawing and painting and focus on three fundamental principles: Observation, Interpretation, and Application. Art Academia has won the Best Art School in San Mateo Award three consecutive years.
