The Training Center

The Training Center offers martial arts and self defense training, including programs such as Little Ninjas, Kajukenbo (Hawaiian Karate), Bujinkan Ninjutsu, and Decuerdas Eskrima. The program also offers a Women's Self Defense Series, Introduction to Knife, and private and small group lessons, along with California Guard Card training, including initial and renewal guard cards, baton card, and firearm card.

• Ages: 4–18 years old
• Schedule: Class and training options Monday to Thursday 5:30pm–8pm, with Friday and Saturday by appointment and Sunday hours from 11am–2pm

The Training Center started with a vision and, in 2022, combined the legacies of Saber Tactics, Bay Area Ninjutsu, and Peninsula Kajukenbo Karate to create a single program. Its mission statement says that its programs go beyond physical training, from Little Ninjas to advanced seminars, with a focus on discipline, focus, confidence, and real-world awareness, and that every class is a step toward becoming stronger in body, mind, and spirit. The Training Center describes itself as the San Francisco Bay Area's premier training facility for martial arts, self protection, and security training, and as a training ground for life that offers kids and adults martial arts and self defense programs, including a free three class trial and programs ranging from Little Ninjas to advanced seminars. The program states that community at The Training Center is a way for individuals to come together, learn new skills, and bond over shared experiences.
