The Training Center

The Training Center offers Little Ninjas for ages 4 to 6, where children are introduced to the foundations of Kajukenbo and Ninjutsu. For ages 7 through adults, it offers Bay Area Ninjutsu, Kajukenbo, and Decuerdas Eskrima, with activities that include strikes, rolls, throws, escapes, awareness, resilience, self-mastery, blocks, takedowns, self-defense techniques, and blade and stick fighting skills.

Programs

• Little Ninjas — 4-6 · Introduces children to the foundations of Kajukenbo and Ninjutsu in a fun, safe, and structured environment.
• Bay Area Ninjutsu - The Martial Art of the Samurai & Ninja — 7 through adults · Students learn strikes, rolls, throws, escapes, awareness, resilience, and self-mastery.
• Kajukenbo - Hawaiian Self Defense — 7 through adults · Practical martial art teaching strikes, blocks, takedowns, and self-defense techniques.
• Decuerdas Eskrima - Filipino stick and knife fighting — 7 through adults · Trains students to handle real-life situations with confidence using blade and stick fighting skills.
• Seminars — all ages · Safety and self-defense seminars for police officers, women, and community members.

About the provider

The Training Center says it started in 2022 by combining the legacies of Saber Tactics, Bay Area Ninjutsu, and Peninsula Kajukenbo Karate. It says martial arts should do more than teach punches and kicks and includes programs that focus on discipline, focus, confidence, and real-world awareness. It also says it is a community movement where students leave ready to lead, protect, and inspire others.
