Orange County Children's Museum Programs offers hands-on, interactive exhibits along with a wide range of themed activities such as Zoom Make-Your-Own Pizza parties, Bingo games, and Zoom Bingo. The program includes seasonal and holiday events like a Halloween Candy Hunt with personalized pumpkin buckets, a Paint-A-Pumpkin Activity Kit, a Create-Your-Own Monster Kit, a Pet Costume Contest, a Turkey In Disguise activity, a Noon Year's Eve Party in the Park, Zoom With Santa, and an Elf Kit that includes thirty days of activities. Families can also take part in events such as a Holiday Train Light Tour, a Holiday Lights Car Parade, a first annual Turkey Trot 5K, Outdoor School Pictures, a free Back-To-School photo shoot offered to residents, and a custom ball drop scavenger hunt with prizes.

The program includes a variety of craft and play activities such as Wood Craft Kits, Ice Block Painting, Rock Painting, Marble Painting, DIY Bird Feeders, DIY Nature Clay Impressions, DIY Froot Loop Necklaces, and Tie-Dye Towels in the Park. Holiday and special events also feature activities like a Valentine’s Day Card Exchange where twenty local kids made or wrote valentines, Easter Bunny Pictures, an Easter Play Day where over 700 crafts were done or taken home, a Petting Zoo, Pony Rides, an Egg Hunt, Cotton Candy, and a Mother’s Day Gift Drop-Off where over 250 women received a potted succulent, a Starbucks gift card, and a note.
Community involvement includes a trackless train tour down a highly decorated block, with neighbors waving to riders as they passed by. During the Holiday Lights Car Parade, over 350 homes in Green Valley decorated and over 70 cars full of families participated. Over 30 neighbors and friends took part in 10 Bingo games during Zoom Bingo, and the program notes that it loves celebrating its community members.
