Hazel Miller Croy Reading Center – Ready, Set, Read! Camps

Hazel Miller Croy Reading Center – Ready, Set, Read! Camps offers reading and writing instruction focused on developing literacy skills. Students work in small groups and take part in authentic and fun activities that build skills and confidence in decoding, fluency, comprehension, vocabulary, and writing.

• Schedule: Two-week reading camp programs offered in the summer

The programs are designed to serve the community by offering reading and writing instruction for selected grade levels. Reading and writing instruction is provided by CSUF undergraduate interns, who are supervised and coached by teaching and literacy specialists. The programs aim to produce enthusiastic readers and writers.
