About

Act One Theatre Camp offers a variety of activities including acting, singing, dancing, movie-making, make-up, improv, on-camera work, and design. Campers have the opportunity to create and star in their own theatrical adventures and showcase their talents at the end-of-camp Big Show. Each session features a new and original play, welcoming all levels of experience.

The leadership team includes Mr. Josh, the Camp Director and Improv Teacher, and Miss Amanda, the Singing Teacher. Miss Lynne, the Dance Teacher, is from the Academy of Villains dance company. Miss Stephanie, the Design Teacher, is a teacher with Laurence School in Sherman Oaks. Miss Brooke, the On-Camera Teacher, is an innovative filmmaker, and Miss Sofia is currently studying in Scotland.
