Friday Night Lights Youth Flag Football - Glendale offers flag football league games, playoffs, and practices. The program also includes a referee training clinic for those interested in officiating games.

• Schedule: Fall 2026 season with 8 regular season games plus playoffs (no playoffs for Kinder)

Fremont Park practices are scheduled on Thursdays from 4:00pm–5:30pm and Sundays from 11:00am to 3:30pm. Rain decisions are made at 2:00pm on Fridays. A coaches meeting is held in late July or early August, practices begin in mid August, Opening Night games take place in early September, and playoffs are held in mid November. All games are 50 minutes.
Registration for Fall 2026 is open and includes a jersey, shorts, and flags. The program is open to boys and girls in Pre K through 8th grade based on Fall 2026 grade. Volunteer coaches are needed for the spring season. FNL referees are needed, and there is a paid referee meeting and preseason training. Referees are provided with jerseys, hats, whistles, penalty flags, and stop watches.
