Friday Night Lights Youth Flag Football - Glendale offers flag football games, scrimmages, and playoffs, with all games limited to 50 minutes. The program also includes referee training through a referee training clinic, with ref training and scrimmages scheduled on March 13.

• Ages: 4–13 years old
• Schedule: 8 regular season games plus playoffs (no playoffs for Kinder), with practices on Thursdays from 4:00pm–5:30pm and Sundays from 11:00am–3:30pm, Opening Night on March 20, no games on March 27 for Spring Break, and playoffs on May 29 and June 5
• Price: Glendale/La Crescenta Valley Spring 2026 league registration fee $265.

Registration includes a jersey, shorts, and flags for each participant. Boys and girls in Pre K through 8th grade, based on Fall 2025 grade, are eligible to register. Volunteer coaches are needed for the spring season. FNL referees are also needed, and paid training is provided, with referee jerseys, hats, whistles, penalty flags, stop watches, and similar equipment supplied. In the event of rain, all decisions to play or not to play are made at 2:00pm on Fridays.
