Tinker Club offers hands-on science experiments, robotics and engineering projects, coding, 3D design, and mental arithmetic. The program includes project-based learning with public speaking and follows Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). It also hosts parent and me workshops that include engaging, hands-on science activities and experiments.

Tinker Club states that its mission is to nurture the curiosity of children and empower them with logical thinking and problem-solving. The program is based on four main pillars: Collaboration and Social Skills, Communication and Public, Problem Solving, and Engineering and Technology. Tinker Club reports that it has served more than 7,000 students and focuses on English Language Learners to develop English proficiency and oral skills in a short time.
The leadership team includes Founder/Director Melineh Zohrabian, Robotics Coach Jirbert Dilanchian, Robotics and Science Instructor Gagik Ayvazyan, Robotics and Mental Arithmetic Teacher Syuzanna Abrahamyan, and Robotics Coach Meher Khechadouri. Staff credentials include a master’s degree in education, HR management studies at UCLA, software engineering experience at Boeing and Amazon, and current or completed degrees in Aerospace Engineering, Cognitive Science with a background in programming and data science, and Information Systems with a focus on Network Security.
Tinker Club has been voted as the most engaging program by 92% of teachers and students. The program is dedicated to supporting school administrators, teachers, PTAs, and non-profits, and it lists school partners, other partners and collaborations, and participation in the First Lego League competition. One testimonial states, “Thank you Tinker Club. we love your program at our summer camp,” from Sound of Children Cultural Center Summer Camp.
