Ice in Paradise Summer Camps include hockey camps, general skating camps, and ice skating camps, along with Learn to Skate classes and Freestyle sessions. Campers can take part in public skating, expert lessons for hockey and figure skating, and programs such as the Young Norqs program, Jr. Hawks Rec league, Monarchs leagues, Hockey Clinics, and Stick & Puck. The program also takes place alongside other rink activities such as the Santa Barbara Adult Hockey League, Adult Learn to Play Hockey, Pick-Up Games, birthday parties, private events, fundraisers, and special summer offerings like Summer Skating Camp 2026 and Summer Hockey Camp 2026.
• Schedule: Public skating sessions are available in two- to three-hour blocks on weekdays and weekends, and a two-hour long STEM field trip option is offered.
• Price: Public skating admission is $15, skate rentals are $5, and skate helpers are $10; Friday Night Ice Jam and College Night admission are $15 with $5 skate rentals, and College Night offers free skate rentals with a student ID.
A two-hour long STEM field trip option includes a STEM lesson with a guided tour of the rink followed by on-ice skating time with a skating lesson, and it can be offered in both English and Spanish. Friday Night Ice Jam runs from 7:00pm–9:00pm with rotating themes each week of the month, including BOGO on the 1st Friday, Teen Night on the 2nd Friday, DJ Night on the 3rd Friday, Theme Night on the 4th Friday, and Family Night on the 5th Friday. College Night runs every Tuesday from 7:15pm–10:15pm and includes free skate rentals with a student ID. The Success Center, sponsored by the Tuohy Foundation, offers standing desks, workstations, wi-fi, and volunteer tutors for those who need help in a single subject.
