Central Coast Youth Football League is led by the CCYFL Executive Board. According to its mission, CCYFL provides support to 12 chapters on the Central Coast and works to teach elements of football and cheer in a safe, positive environment. The mission states that the well-being and enjoyment of the player comes first and should not be influenced by an adult desire for glory, and that CCYFL serves youth and their families by providing a quality football and cheer program. Every chapter adheres to strict safety standards via Heads Up Football, and the league uses SportsEngine's Sports Relationship Management (SRM) software for its website. The league welcomes volunteers who share this goal and meet its requirements. CCYFL provides support to 12 chapters: Paso Robles Youth Football & Cheer, Pacific Coast Youth Football & Cheer, Guadalupe Youth Football & Cheer, Santa Ynez Youth Football & Cheer, Atascadero Youth Football & Cheer, Five Cities Youth Football & Cheer, Santa Maria Youth Football & Cheer, Lompoc Youth Football & Cheer, Templeton Youth Football & Cheer, Nipomo Youth Football & Cheer, Orcutt Youth Football & Cheer, and Vandenberg Village Youth Football & Cheer.
