Boys & Girls Club of the Coastside – Camps & Youth Programs

Boys & Girls Club of the Coastside – Camps & Youth Programs offers daily activities and programs that are age appropriate and well-rounded. All activities fall into five core areas: character and leadership, education and career, health and life skills, arts, and sports, fitness and recreation. The program offers summer camp and Spring Break Camp options for youth in grades 1 to 8 during the CUSD Spring Break in April.

• Schedule: Office is open on school days from 10 am to 6 pm and during summer camp; families are asked to call to confirm

Founded in 1994, Boys & Girls Club of the Coastside is affiliated with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. The organization has a caring Board of Directors and a trained professional staff. Its mission is to offer a place to go for fun, for meeting friends, and for caring adult support, and to nurture young people’s self-esteem by instilling a sense of belonging, usefulness, influence, and competence. The mission also states that daily activities and programs give youth knowledge, skills, and attributes they need to pursue their dreams and succeed in life, and that the organization is about hope and opportunity. The non-profit relies on support from individual donors, foundations, and volunteers to support local youth in reaching their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.
