United Studios of Self Defense teaches Shaolin Kenpo, which is described as a mixture of Karate, Kung Fu, and JuJitsu, as well as elements taken from other forms, and is stated to be easily understood so that beginners learn effective self defense they can execute from the start of their training. Unique features include professional instructors, personal training with a USSD black belt sensei, and a combination of private, team, and group lessons. The program offers a FREE 30 minute introductory tour and class.
