Launch Pad Learning

Launch Pad Learning offers Infant Care & Preschool, Infants and Toddlers, a Preschool Program, a Summer Program, a State Preschool Program, and a State Program. The Summer Program includes themed weekly activities and in-house field trips, and the program uses Learn Every Day, The Program for Infants and Toddlers.

Programs

• Infant Care & Preschool — 6 weeks to 5 years old · Free and low-cost options for qualifying families; year-round preschool in Hawthorne.
• Infants and Toddlers — 6 weeks old and up; separate spaces for young infants, mobile infants, and toddlers · Uses Learn Every Day™, The Program for Infants and Toddlers.
• Preschool Program — 0-5 years old · Fun and educational preschool program; prepares children for kindergarten.
• Summer Program — 2-5 years old · 8-week summer camp; begins the week after graduation in June · Interactive summer preschool program with themed weekly activities and in-house field trips.
• State Preschool Program — State-sponsored by the Department of Social Services to help provide financial support to low-income families.
• State Program — Provides low-income families access to affordable education.

About the provider

Launch Pad Learning has more than 20 years of experience in child development. The leadership team includes Executive Director Ms. Deidre and Director Ms. Netsi. Most, if not all, teachers are CPR/First Aid certified, all teachers have at least 12 ECEs and either hold or are working toward a CDE Permit, and the program encourages teacher participation in LA Countys Quality Start LA.

Open to all persons without prejudice, bias, or preconception. Does not discriminate. Offers potty training, extended care, homemade meals, free monthly book for every child, parent volunteering, parent education workshops, Parent Action Committee, and low-income financial assistance; accepts other agencies that help pay for child care.
