The Rise Gym

The Rise Gym offers Twinkle Stars, a parent participation class for children from walking age to 3 years old. It also offers Shooting Stars for ages 3 to 5, North Stars for ages 4 to 5, and Tiny Galactic Ninja Warriors for ages 3 to 5. The program also includes Seasonal Camps, Parents Night Out, Birthday Parties, Sunday Funday, and Clinics, with activities such as gymnastics, cheer, ninja fitness, open gym, games, arts and crafts, pizza, organic juice, and 30-minute skill clinics.

Programs

• Twinkle Stars — Toddler to 3 · Once per week, 60 minutes · $319 per month · Parent participation class introducing children from walking age to 3 years old to movement and exercise; fun, upbeat, designed to enhance motor, listening, and social skills.
• Shooting Stars — 3 to 5 · Once per week, 60 minutes · $319 per month · Preschool class for children ready to try a class without their parents; students gain confidence by conquering obstacles, playing games, and having fun.
• North Stars — 4-5 · Once per week, 60 minutes · $319 per month · Similar to Shooting Stars but designed for older or more experienced preschool-aged children; students master age-appropriate obstacles and challenges related to gymnastics and cheer.
• Tiny Galactic Ninja Warriors — 3-5 · Once per week, 60 minutes · $319 per month · High energy introduction to Ninja Fitness using preschool curriculum with ninja obstacles, preschool tumbling, and freestyle movement.
• Seasonal Camps — 5-13 · $165–$800 per day · Offered during winter, spring, and summer breaks, plus some holidays; camp length varies and students do physical fitness activities, crafts, and other programming.
• Parents Night Out — 5-13 · $65 · Supervised evening with physical activity, games, arts and crafts, pizza, and organic juice.
• Birthday Parties — 4+ · Two-hour time slot on Saturday or Sunday · Includes open gym, one class of the gym type of your choice (Gymnastics, Cheer, Ninja), and time in the party room.
• Sunday Funday — 5-13 · Sundays, 3:00pm-5:00pm · Two hours of open gym on Sundays with trampolines, ninja rig, floor space, foam pits, and more.
• Clinics — 5-13 · 30-minute skill clinics for advancing to the next level; includes Bridge Kick Overs, Back Hand Springs, Pull Overs, Ninja Flips, and Cheer Flyers/Flexibility; 4:1 ratio.

The mission statement for RISE is: "RISE is a safe, fun, and positive environment to learn gymnastics, cheer, and ninja fitness." The facility hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 8:30pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 9:00pm, and Sunday from 8:00am to 9:00pm.

Monthly Unlimited Classes with enrollment in 2 classes per month; students enrolled in two classes may enroll in unlimited additional classes as makeups; no makeup classes will be issued or valid for missed makeup classes or extra classes.
