Crafted Classes and Workshops

Crafted Classes and Workshops offers Arts & Crafts Office Hours with Linda Pouliot, Seeing in Shapes: A Collage Workshop with Linda Pouliot, a Holiday Wreath Workshop, Truffle Making, Winter Soups & Artisan Bread, Deck the Cookie!, a Cheese & Wine Pairing Workshop, and a Mixology Class. The program schedule says seasonal classes are offered, and one class meets weekly every Saturday. All classes include culinary creations from Appellation co-founder Chef Charlie Palmer and wines from some of the wineries up the road.

Programs

• Arts & Crafts Office Hours with Linda Pouliot — Sit for a few minutes in the Maker Room and Linda Pouliot will draw your portrait. You leave with a small original and a good conversation.
• Seeing in Shapes: A Collage Workshop with Linda Pouliot — Painter Linda Pouliot builds scenes from painted paper, cut and rearranged until a whole room becomes a handful of shapes.
• Holiday Wreath Workshop — Join Master Gardener Cathy Curlee for a festive wreath-making experience using fresh greenery, natural accents, ribbon, and seasonal details to create a one-of-a-kind holiday wreath.
• Truffle Making — A hands-on chocolate experience where you craft artisan truffles, add your own finishing touches, and share a little delicious temptation together.
• Winter Soups & Artisan Bread — A cozy culinary experience centered around soup and freshly baked artisan bread.
• Deck the Cookie! — A festive, interactive holiday cookie decorating experience led by local artisan Katie Wood, with hot cocoa to sip while you decorate.
• Cheese & Wine Pairing Workshop — Explore the art of cheese-and-wine pairing with Cheese Central as you learn to balance complementary flavors and create your own beautifully curated charcuterie board.
• Mixology Class — Weekly; every Saturday · Explore the craft of cocktail artistry with seasonally-infused mixology classes.
