Omni Movement offers training in boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, and MMA. The program includes both group classes and private lessons, with group classes organized by age group and skill level. The first trial class is free for new participants.
• Schedule: Class options are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00am–8:00pm, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00pm–8:00pm, and on Saturdays from 9:00am–12:00pm, with additional times available by appointment.
Each program is taught by current or past competitors who have become coaches. The training space includes Thai pads, focus mitts, heavy bags, boxing paddles, belly pads, leg shields, open mat space, medicine and exercise balls, an ice-cold filtered water refill station, a sauna, and abundant free parking. The stated mission is to be a community of passionate, determined, and supportive individuals.
