Solis Martial Arts

Solis Martial Arts offers Little Ninjas for ages 4-6, Junior Beginners for ages 7-12, Teens and Adult Martial Arts for ages 13+, Adult Kickboxing, and Black Belt Class. Junior Beginners builds off Little Ninjas and teaches basics, along with additional self-defense training and techniques as students progress. Teens and Adult Martial Arts starts as a kickboxing class for newcomers, and students can later branch out to other martial arts and advance in the martial arts belt system.

About the provider

Solis Martial Arts says it has served the East Bay community for over 40 years. The leadership team includes Professor Eddie Solis, Founder and Instructor; Sifu James, Head Instructor; and Carla De Alba, Owner and Instructor. Professor Eddie Solis is a 9th-degree Black Belt and began training in KAJUKENBO in 1973. Sifu James is a 4th Degree Black Belt with 7 North American Sport Karate Association world champion titles and 7 world champion titles. Carla de Alba has child development training.

Offers a two-day paid trial for two classes for $29.95. Says quality over quantity. Family-oriented and patient atmosphere. No background experience necessary for Little Ninjas.
