Programs
- Mini Ballet and Tap — 3 1/2 to 6 years old · Mondays, 6:10-7:00pm and Fridays, 4:00-4:50pm · A fun introduction to the basics of ballet and tap with age appropriate songs and games to encourage development in rhythm, balance, social skills and much more!
- Mini Hip Hop — 3 1/2 to 6 years old · Wednesdays, 6:00-6:50pm · A fun introduction to the basics of hip hop with age appropriate songs and games to encourage development in rhythm, balance, social skills and much more!
- K-POP — 6 and up
- Beginning Ballet / Ballet 1 — 6 and up · Basic ballet positions, steps, and vocabulary with a focus on posture, body alignment, standing barre work, and center floor exercises to enhance coordination, strength, balance and flexibility.
- Beginning Hip Hop / Hip Hop 1 — 6 and up · Mondays, 5:10-6:00pm · Hip hop class for young beginners focusing on rhythm, coordination, and individual style.
- Ballet / Tap / Jazz Combo — Ideal for ages 6-9 · Combination class to build foundational skills of ballet and tap and introduce jazz to help with coordination, flexibility and musicality.
- Book a Private! — Offered at an hour or 30 minutes; one on one private class with your instructor. Bring a friend for a semi private (1 hour). Prices vary.
- Ballet 2 — 8 and up
- Jazz 2 — 8 and up
- Tap 2 — 8 and up
- Hip Hop 2 — 8 and up

About the provider
IB Dance Co started teaching in April of 2021 with just a couple of classes and has been growing ever since. The company says it is bringing dance to Imperial Beach and focuses on its students. It is described as the only dance studio in Imperial Beach, and city classes are offered through Imperial Beach Parks and Recreation at the Senior Community Center.
Monthly rates remain the same. Classes through Imperial Beach Park and Rec program may differ; check email regularly for differing dates or check Instagram @IB_DanceCo for class information. Annual closed dates listed include Boys and Girls Club closures for holidays and breaks.
