Resilient Martial Arts offers a Reality Self-Defense Program and a Self Defense Class. The Reality Self-Defense Program is taught in a focused, small-group setting where students receive individualized attention while learning how to respond effectively to high-stress, worst-case scenarios. Every Reality Self-Defense lesson is described as direct, realistic, and immediately applicable, with structured training, goal-setting, and a belt progression system that emphasizes respect, discipline, focus, confidence, safety, and leadership.

Senior Master Berry leads the Reality Self-Defense Program and provides high-quality martial arts training. The program’s mission states that it is dedicated to providing high-quality martial arts training for students of all ages and skill levels, with instructors who are passionate about helping students achieve their goals and develop a strong mind and body through the practice of martial arts.
