IB MMA Youth Martial Arts Programs offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), boxing, mixed martial arts (MMA), kids kickboxing, kids BJJ, kids wrestling, teen boxing, teen kickboxing, teen BJJ, and kids boxing. The program is part of a world-class MMA gym that also includes adult Muay Thai, adult BJJ, adult submission wrestling, adult competition grappling, adult boxing, adult/teen nogi BJJ, adult cardio kickboxing, adult kickboxing, adult catch wrestling, adult/teen wrestling, adult MMA (gear required), team spar, team BJJ, team submission grappling, and open mat sessions. A free trial class is available.
• Ages: 5–17 years old
• Schedule: Classes offered Sunday through Saturday with youth options most weekdays between 4:00pm and 6:00pm, and multiple kids classes on Saturday between 10:00am and 2:00pm
The program follows a mission to provide a supportive and motivating environment where individuals of all ages and skill levels can achieve their fitness goals while mastering the art of combat sports.
