FOCUS Dance Center offers Universal Excellence Training Classes, Adult Classes, Fitness only Classes, Competing Programs, Open Company Training Blocks, and a Yearly Prestigious Concert Opportunity. Students can take classes in tap, hip-hop, ballet, contemporary, jazz, musical theatre, lyrical, acro, K-Pop, Pilates, strength and conditioning, theatre song and dance, and tumbling. The program also offers Summer Camp, workshop and intensive options, as well as school fundraising partnerships.

FOCUS Dance Center was established in 2003 and has been offering dance training for more than 20 years. The award-winning Commercial Dance Studio is led by three-time Emmy-nominated Monie Adamson, who founded the program with Darick Parrish, and now leads a team of approximately 30 highly credentialed and talented individuals. FOCUS offers three award-winning competing programs: Company PRO for advanced dancers, Company for intermediate dancers, and the Competition Starter Program for beginning dancers ages 4–6, along with Open Company Classes offered on an ongoing basis throughout the season.
The Universal Excellence Training Classes are ongoing with no set beginning or ending dates, and dancers advance through three rankings within each training level, such as 1A, 1B, and 1C. Evaluations and progress reports are available upon request, and a Spring Concert Series is held in early May. FOCUS also offers the FOCUS Building Youth Charitable Foundation, which provides free dance and fitness classes to economically disadvantaged children.
