IL-DO Taekwondo Martial Arts was established in Orange County in 1980 and has served OC for 46 years. Its mission statement says it focuses on character building and on cultivating the mind and body through model behavior to raise respectable leaders for civility. The leadership team includes Grandmaster Chang Jin Kang, Master Daniel Kang, Master Lois Shim, and Master Yoon Choi. The program lists World Taekwondo and Kukkiwon certification, and Grandmaster Chang Jin Kang is a 9th Degree Black Belt, Master Daniel Kang is a 7th Degree Black Belt, and Master Lois Shim and Master Yoon Choi are 5th Degree Black Belts.

Taekwondo emphasizes courtesy, respect, and appreciation for others. 2 Weeks for $39 includes free uniform. No classes on testing day.
