Regulus Taekwondo

Regulus Taekwondo offers Lion Cubs, an introductory Taekwondo program with structured 30-minute classes. It also offers Lion Kings & Queens for Taekwondo fundamentals in 45-minute classes, Lion Teens & Adults for high-performance Taekwondo and modern fitness in 60-minute classes, and by-invitation programs for Red Squad & Demo Team and Leadership Team.

About the provider

The mission is to develop confident, disciplined youth leaders and prepare them to become strong leaders in the Irvine community. The program is led by Kukkiwon-certified Masters and former elite athletes, and the listed affiliations include Kukkiwon and Kyung Hee University. The Demo Team represents Regulus at major community events.

No prior experience required. Recommended attendance is at least two classes per week for consistent progress. Programs are described as welcoming students of all ages/levels, with certain programs by invitation only.
