Camp Jaycee offers traditional camps, sports camps, teen camps, theatre camps, intensives, pre-camps, post-camps, and holiday camps. Campers swim every day, and American Red Cross-certified instructors provide swim lessons for children from 4 years to third grade. Regular camp hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, with Extended Care available for an additional fee.

About the provider
Camp Jaycee says it has been dedicated for 80 years to creating experiences for children of all backgrounds and ages, from 18 months to 12th grade, and notes that it has provided campers with adventure, friendship, and memories since 1945. It describes itself as a bedrock community that connects campers and their families to the broader Jewish and San Diego communities through volunteerism, skill-building, life-long friendships, community engagement, and philanthropy. Camp Jaycee is ACA-accredited and National Inclusion Project (NIP) accredited, and it welcomes transgender, intersex, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming campers.

Flexible monthly payment plans are available for summer camp. Changes or requests do need to be in writing. There are additional hours before and after available through the Extended Care program. The camp office contact information is provided on the contact page.
