Surf Education Academy Kids Surf Camps offers kids surf camps that include surf lessons, surf coaching, surf classes, surf groups, surf clinics, and seasonal options such as summer surf camp. The academy is one of the few permitted surf schools for the city and county of San Diego and is fully insured. Surf Coach Sean Brody, the founder, has a Master’s Degree in Hospitality Tourism Management with an emphasis in Sustainable Surf Tourism, has worked with the International Surfing Association helping to develop surfing worldwide, runs Adaptive Surfing programs for Challenged Athletes Foundation, and served as the Head Coach for Team USA’s Adaptive Surfing Team. Families are advised that students should bring a beach bag with zippers, a swimsuit and extra clothes, a towel (with an extra poncho towel suggested), sunscreen, and water.
