GForce Gymnastics & Parkour offers gymnastics, parkour, tumbling, adaptive gymnastics, and open gym. The program also offers camps, after school options, an alternative preschool program, Kids’ Night Out, and parties including kids parties and kids night out events.

All instructors are USAG certified and background checked, and all coaches are USAG certified, CPR/First Aid certified, and have undergone background screening. Each instructor completes extensive, one-of-a-kind training and holds CPR, First Aid, and specialized certifications, and the coaching staff includes American Parkour Certified Instructors and American Parkour Instructors, as well as experts in kinesiology, teaching, early childhood development, and psychology. GForce Gymnastics & Parkour describes its mission as combining a passion for gymnastics with a commitment to empowering children through fitness, with high-quality coaching in a supportive environment where young athletes build confidence, resilience, and lifelong skills. The centers are independently owned and operated by franchise owners, with nationwide franchise opportunities available, and are led by owners Doug and Christina Grady. The program traces its history to 2008, when the first location opened in San Diego under the name San Diego Gymnastics. GForce Gymnastics & Parkour uses state-of-the-art equipment in facilities that undergo frequent cleaning and regular maintenance and offers parent-friendly viewing areas with comfortable seating, WiFi, and air conditioning. The program states that it maintains strict class ratios with no more than 8 students per instructor, offers continuous classes that children can join or stop at any time, and provides flexible scheduling along with diverse offerings such as camps, parties, and other special events on a regular basis. Classes tailored for special needs include smaller class sizes, minimized transitions, added visual aids, and a calm atmosphere without loud music. An annual fee per child is charged each year a child is actively enrolled to support coaches, equipment, and facilities remaining state-of-the-art. The program specifies that girls should wear a leotard, shorts, leggings, or a t-shirt or tank top, and boys can wear athletic shorts and a t-shirt or tank top, with all students barefoot and hair pulled back into a ponytail.
