Gracie Jiu-Jitsu La Mesa

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu La Mesa offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for adults and kids, including Gi Jiu-Jitsu and No Gi Jiu-Jitsu. The program includes Kids Gracie Bully Proof, kids training, women’s training, men and women’s self-defense, and a competitive team. Classes are open to all levels, and students grapple every single day.

The program offers a free trial class and the option to try a week of training for free, with no obligations.
