Gracie Jiu-Jitsu La Mesa offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, and NO GI Jiu-Jitsu, with adult and kids martial arts and kids training. The program includes Kids Gracie Bully Proof, men and women's self-defense, women's training, self-defense classes, and a competitive team. Classes are open to all levels, and the program welcomes men, women, teenagers, and children to its self-defense classes.

The program offers late evening and early morning classes, a family environment with classes for the whole family, and a friendly and safe environment with hands-on training. Students grapple every single day, and the program is open to beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels of grappling. Families can try out a class for free or try a week for free, with one week of free training offered to anyone interested in learning the art, and the program provides everything needed to get started with no obligations.
