Eagles Nest Preschool, Toddler & Infant Center offers activities in art using paint, watercolor, collage, and play dough, as well as music through listening, singing, dancing, and rhythm instruments. Children take part in language arts through dramatic play, stories, poems, group discussions, songs, manipulatives, puppets, and sharing times, and explore mathematics with games, puzzles, manipulatives, and other hands-on materials. The program also includes science activities such as collections and observations on the playground and nature walks, social studies focused on family, home, community and American holidays with comparisons to other cultures and times, foreign language activities, and physical play that develops coordination through games. On-site soccer and dance classes are also part of the weekly schedule.

The mission states that Eagles Nest is an extension of the family and that each child is loved and nurtured while discovering their unique abilities and personalities, with a commitment to assist each child developmentally with love and care and to help build each child’s educational foundation. Every member of the staff is actively involved in child development classes on a monthly basis. Before hiring, applicants are screened through verification of qualifications with official transcripts, a criminal background check, medical reports and health screening, a certificate of annual training in First Aid and CPR, and a certificate of mandated reporter training. The program lists COVID-19 Certified Teachers as a credential and notes that it is a family ran business that includes sports and crafts and a learn through play approach.
