Bridgetown Boxing Club offers beginner, intermediate, and elite boxing classes that include sparring, mitt work, heavy bag combinations, double-end bag accuracy drills, speed bag rhythm work, rope work, endurance drills, and reactive mitt training. In the elite boxing class, each session begins with a run followed by advanced boxing drills. Beginner classes focus on basic footwork and the fundamentals of the jab, cross, hook, and uppercut, while intermediate classes add rope work, endurance drills, and reactive mitt training to build sharper timing, rhythm, and stamina.

Bridgetown Boxing Club states that its mission is to empower youth through discipline, confidence and life skills gained from the art of boxing, and to provide a safe and supportive environment where every young person can realize their full potential, both inside and outside the ring. The gym is family-owned and community-driven, with a structured training system that moves from fundamentals through to elite sparring in a non-intimidating, inclusive environment where people of all backgrounds feel seen and supported.
