Its mission statement says that the school believes the start of a child's journey matters and describes the school as more than a warm and nurturing place, more than a great education for a child, and as peace of mind.

Parent feedback includes comments about attention to the children, a well-thought-out and purposeful curriculum, and children loving their teachers and staff. Parents describe teachers who love their kids as their own, extra attention to safety, extra projects outside of the typical teaching curriculum, and an owner who is approachable and puts families first. Other parents note that teachers and directors treat each child as an individual, put careful thought and planning into activities, get to know what makes each child unique, and keep parents informed with a lot of play-based teaching. Multiple parents report that their children enjoy going to school, are happy and healthy, and that staff are friendly, hard working, and care about each child.
