Matt Leinart Flag Football offers flag football games for kids. The program includes games under the lights in a positive, fast-paced environment. It is open to boys and girls in grades K–8 and also offers an all-girls league called Females in Flag.

Founded in Newport Beach in 2010, the league was started by Matt Leinart. The goal of the league is to provide a fun league for kids to be involved in, while also developing and furthering their football skills. The Matt Leinart Flag Football League is in conjunction with the NFL Flag Football program. It is described as one of the premier youth flag football leagues in the country, with an emphasis on community fun, teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill-building, and it promotes a competitive, confidence-building, non-contact football experience.
