Matt Leinart Flag Football offers flag football through a Spring League, Summer League, and Summer Camp. The program includes games under the lights and is open to boys and girls in grades K–8, with an emphasis on community fun and a non-contact football experience for all skill levels.

Founded in Newport Beach in 2010, the league was started by Matt Leinart. The goal of the league is to provide a fun league for kids to be involved in, while also developing and furthering their football skills. The Matt Leinart Flag Football League is in conjunction with the NFL Flag Football program and is described as one of the premier youth flag football leagues in the country. The league focuses on teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill-building in a positive, fast-paced environment and is presented as a suitable entry point for young athletes of all experience levels.
