Lafayette Little League offers baseball and softball, along with an umpire program and an equipment swap. The league includes a Challenger Division and an Advanced Baseball (AB) program, and games are overseen by umpires who teach respect. Families can also use a Snack Shack at the fields, and live streams are available to watch all the games at both Buckeye and Chaney Field from a computer.

Lafayette Little League is a local baseball league that primarily serves the children of Lafayette, California, and follows the basic Little League goal from 1939 of giving children a game that provides fundamental principles such as sportsmanship, fair play, and teamwork for use later in life to become good citizens. The league is run 100% by volunteers and has 25 board members, 50 managers, and 100 coaches. It has approximately 700 registered players ages 5–14 who play across seven different divisions, and more than 700 families perform important volunteer jobs. Lafayette Little League partners with the City of Lafayette and the Lafayette School District to maintain and care for baseball fields throughout the community, and sponsors provide financial support. The league is part of District 4 in the Northern California division of the Little League International organization, and every Little League family agrees to a Code of Conduct upon enrollment. There is an umpire program open to youth starting at age 12 and adults, a McLin Classic event, and an Equipment Swap Day where players and families are invited to bring equipment to contribute to a free equipment swap at player evaluations.
