MOL Flag Football is a flag football program where kids play without pads and without tackling. The program focuses on speed, strategy, teamwork, and action on the field. It includes a dedicated Olympic League for 6th–8th grade girls and is open to local boys and girls in grades 3–8.

Since 1969, MOL Flag Football has been a place where Lamorinda kids have been making plays, scoring touchdowns, and building friendships. It is one of the longest-running youth flag football leagues in the country. Local boys and girls in grades 3–8 in the Lamorinda area participate in the league. The program describes its environment as safe, inclusive, and fun, and states that it builds confidence, improves coordination, and teaches kids how to compete with integrity.
