MOL Flag Football is a youth flag football program where kids play flag football with no pads and no tackling. The program focuses on speed, strategy, teamwork, and action during games and practices.
• Ages: 8–13 years old
Since 1969, MOL Flag Football has operated as one of the longest-running youth flag football leagues in the country. Local boys and girls in grades 3–8 in the Lamorinda area participate in the league. The program includes an Olympic League dedicated to 5th–8th grade girls, with a new 5th/6th grade division starting in 2026 and a 7th/8th grade division that is in its third year. According to the program, participation builds confidence, improves coordination, and teaches kids how to compete with integrity. Registration for 2026 is open for boys and girls in grades 3–8.
