Sherman Swim School - Springboard Diving offers spring board diving lessons that include work on forward takeoffs, back takeoffs, and dives from the diving board. Classes also use a trampoline to practice fundamental arm movements, coordination skills, and lead-ups for dives from the diving board. Springboard diving is available at beginner, intermediate, advanced, and masters levels.

Sherman Swim School was started by the founder, Bob Sherman, in 1961. Since 1961, Sherman Swim School has taught over 41,000 students to swim and has turned out numerous diving champions.
