Sherman Divers Springboard Diving offers spring board diving lessons that include springboard diving and dives from the diving board. The program also uses a trampoline to work on fundamental arm movements, coordination skills, and lead-ups for dives from the diving board. Instruction includes forward and back takeoffs as part of the training.

Sherman Swim School, where Sherman Divers Springboard Diving operates, was started by founder Bob Sherman in 1961. Sherman Swim School has taught over 41,000 students to swim since 1961 and has turned out numerous diving champions. The program offers year-round springboard diving at beginner, intermediate, advanced, and masters levels. The founder, Bob Sherman, passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 97.
