Laguna Coast Volleyball Club says it is a nonprofit dedicated to teaching girls and boys proper fundamentals in a positive and fun environment. The club says it strives to develop competitive players who share a passion for the sport. Leif Hanson is listed as Founder & President and Club Director, and the page says he played for the University of Hawaii, became a top pro beach volleyball player on the AVP Tour, won AVP and FIVB events around the world, and earned 1983 CIF Player of the Year after three CIF titles at Laguna Beach High School.
