The leadership team includes Co-Founders Robbie Kiernan and Harry Forrester, Camp/Academy Coach Adam Hilton, Head Of Administration Erika Kron, Head Academy Coach Max Dolton, Head of Education Kirsten Nelson, and Student Educators Warren Summy and Miss Hannah. The academy follows a European-style model in a club-neutral environment and integrates elite soccer training with rigorous academics and a culture of growth and character, with training that emphasizes technical mastery, tactical intelligence, and long-term growth.
