Saddleback Kids Summer Blast is a summer day camp run in a VBS style format. During Summer Blast, kids take part in activities where they can have fun, make new friendships, and learn how amazing Jesus is. Saddleback Kids offers fun and age-appropriate programming that connects kids to God and to others.
• Ages: Kids entering Kindergarten through 5th grade in Fall 2026
• Schedule: July 14–17, 2026, 8:45 AM–12:30 PM
Saddleback Kids states that its mission is to urgently lead kids to say yes to Jesus and His purpose for their lives. Every classroom at Saddleback Kids has at least two adult leaders who have completed a volunteer orientation, interview, comprehensive background check, and training process. Saddleback Kids also offers a Super Kids and Teens weekend program with sensory and language-enriched lessons for children with special needs. Saddleback Church held its first service on April 6, 1980, and over the next 43 years moved locations, raised money for permanent buildings, launched campuses in California and around the world, and baptized over 50,000 people. In September 2022, Pastor Andy Wood became the lead pastor, and Pastors Andy and Stacie Wood are listed in leadership.
