Intro classes are specifically for complete beginners, with a free intro session and free trial offers, and for the free trial students are asked to wear comfortable athletic clothes such as shorts and a T-shirt, with no special equipment or uniform needed until they decide to join. Family membership packages, flexible make-up class policies, and some membership tiers that include open mat times are available. Parents and students report improvements in focus, confidence, and discipline within the first 30–60 days, and most students notice improvements in fitness, focus, and technique in that same time frame. Martial arts is described as consistently ranked among the safest youth sports, and families can train with what is described as Lake Forest's most competitive Taekwondo team and a community that develops champions on and off the mats through world-class instruction and a supportive community.
