Make an IMPACT! Volleyball Club offers volleyball training that includes upcoming camps and clinics, tryouts, and low-cost clinics and training throughout the year. Players take part in fast-moving, competitive, structured, efficient, and positive practices with lots of specific and targeted feedback on skills, using a standardized training program that stays consistent from year to year.
• Schedule: The girls' season normally runs from December–May.
• Price: Season dues for travel teams range from $2400 to $3100 depending on the team and tournament schedule.
Make an IMPACT! Volleyball Club was created as AV IMPACT volleyball club to offer a structured, consistent, high-level opportunity for athletes in the Antelope Valley to grow into mature volleyball players and individuals of high character, with character development and interpersonal skills stated as the primary concern. The program states that it offers the highest quality technical and biomechanical training available in the Antelope Valley and follows a standardized training program that is consistent from year to year. Coaches are described as experts at coaching volleyball, with most having extensive experience coaching or playing at multiple levels, and some having competed professionally. The coaching staff regularly works on improving their “Volleyball IQ” through observations and feedback, and each coach is mentored to identify areas for growth. The leadership team includes David Gutierrez as Director/Coach.
