AYSO Region 91 Youth Soccer offers youth soccer programming that includes EPIC Divisions, a U5 Jamboree, and the AYSO PLAY! program. The program also features Kids Zone and provides Return to Play Guidance. EPIC is noted as being back at this region, and Fall 2026 registration is now open. A new age chart for the 26/27 season is based on school year instead of birth year.

The broader American Youth Soccer Organization has community involvement that includes the City of Lancaster hosting the AYSO National Open Cup 2017, a partnership with Chicago Public Schools to enhance youth sports programming, a partnership with the US Center for Mental Health & Sport focused on player and volunteer wellness, and a partnership with Northland Sports Alliance to expand soccer programming in Kansas City. Michael Karon, President of AYSO, was recognized by Stack Sports for his impact in the world of sports volunteering.
