Little Explorers Preschool Center is led by owner Ashley Alva, a child development professional who has worked with children for over 14 years and ran an in-home daycare from 2008–2020. The team includes highly trained and experienced professionals, with teachers holding 12 or more units of child development and teacher assistants holding 6 or more core units of child development. Staff maintain up-to-date CPR certification, must pass a livescan, have all updated shots, and hold a mandated abuse training certificate.
The program’s mission is to provide quality education, care, and a nurturing environment for students and staff by utilizing culturally appropriate practices, with a focus on a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
