Lost Angels Career Center Work Program

Lost Angels Career Center Work Program is part of the Lost Angels Career Center, a non-profit that serves disadvantaged youth, families, and distressed communities through innovative vocational training, social enterprise, and traditional outreach programs. The program includes a 12-week training and job placement course, and all merchandise is printed in-house by young people. One hundred percent of all sales go back into training and getting the next generation of careers in the industry.

Lost Angels Career Center is part of Lost Angels Children’s Project, Inc., which has a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Policy. All employees are required to attend and complete annual diversity awareness training. The organization states that employer and employee contributions support the communities it serves to promote a greater understanding and respect for diversity. The program reports that 97% of participants graduate from the program and 95% of graduates go straight to work.
