Quartz Hill AYSO Region 638 offers youth soccer programs and referee training. The program includes specific activities such as the AYSO PLAY! program, the EPIC Program, a Goalkeeper Academy, Extra Quartz Hill Tournaments, the Area 10D All Star Tournament, and the Area 10D Championships. It also provides training for referees, including both adult and youth referees.

Quartz Hill AYSO Region 638 also has a Zero Tolerance Policy, a Parent Code of Conduct, and a Coach Code of Conduct.
Quartz Hill AYSO Region 638 is part of the American Youth Soccer Organization, whose president, Michael Karon, received the Stack Leadership Award from Stack Sports for his impact in sports volunteering. Community involvement connected to AYSO includes a partnership with Chicago Public Schools, a partnership with the US Center for Mental Health & Sport focused on player and volunteer wellness, a partnership with the Northland Sports Alliance to expand soccer programming in Kansas City, and the City of Lancaster hosting the AYSO National Open Cup 2017.
