Quartz Hill AYSO Region 638 offers the 4U/5U KickStart Program, 6U-14U Core Season, 16U-19U Core Season, 6U-12U Spring Soccer, EPIC Program, Goalkeeper Academy, Tournament Soccer for 10U and above, AYSO Extra, and AYSO United SoCal. The Goalkeeper Academy includes weekly sessions throughout the Fall season for a select number of Quartz Hill AYSO players registered in the Core Fall Program. Tournament teams are selected through tryouts, and selected players can play from November until May or June of the next year.

- 6U-14U Core Season — 6U-14U · Core program and foundation for most players; described as where the large majority of kids fall in love with soccer and make memories that last a lifetime.
- 16U-19U Core Season — 16U-19U
- 6U-12U Spring Soccer — 6U-12U
- EPIC Program — Program that provides a quality soccer experience for children and adults whose physical or mental disabilities make it difficult to successfully participate on mainstream teams.
- Goalkeeper Academy — weekly sessions throughout the Fall season · Focused goalkeeping training for a select number of Quartz Hill AYSO players registered in the Core Fall Program.
- Tournament Soccer — 10U and above · Competitive soccer offered after the regular season ends. Tournament teams are selected via tryouts; selected players can play from November until May/June of the next year.
- AYSO Extra — Competitive year-long soccer program designed to provide a more challenging level of play for players with the appropriate interest, skills and abilities.
- AYSO United SoCal — year-round · AYSO United Club Program that operates within multiple communities in the Southern California area.
