Mommy and Me and Little Savages classes include a warm-up and two circuits with size-appropriate gymnastics equipment and activities such as hanging and swinging from bars, climbing ladders, forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, hand-eye coordination activities, color recognition, and jumping down the trampoline into the foam pit.

• Ages: 1–12 years old
• Schedule: Class options Monday–Saturday during daytime and evening hours; Mommy and Me and Little Savages classes are 45 minutes long

Owners Pablo Savage and Nathan Downer started Savage Elite Gymnastics in 2019 and are described as experienced coaches leading a staff with decades of combined coaching experience. The mission of Savage Elite Gymnastics is to provide a gymnastics facility where kids of all ages can learn gymnastics, with values of honesty, communication, and transparency, and a community that values hard work and dedication to teach lessons beyond the sport. Coaches at this program train the whole person, not just the body, and athletes are trained in skills, character, and teamwork, with an open door policy with owners and coaches.

Academy classes for girls ages 5–12 use evaluations every three months (July, October, January, April), and athletes must score 90% on tests to advance. Pre-Team classes are invite-only and are the beginning of the journey to join Competition Teams, with a once-a-year evaluation in May for Pre-Team athletes to move into an official Team spot. Ninja classes for boys ages 5–12 have evaluations every three months (July, October, January, April) and also require a 90% score on tests to advance.

Little Savages classes are for boys and girls ages 3–4, and children attend class by themselves with a warm-up routine and two circuits using size-appropriate gymnastics equipment. Mommy and Me classes are for boys and girls ages 1–2, with a parent on the floor alongside the child, and include the same type of warm-up and circuit structure as Little Savages. Savage Elite Gymnastics is an approved vendor for Gorman and Blue Ridge Academy.
